METHOD AND LIMITATIONS
How this self-assessment works
Understand how answers become indicators, and what you can reasonably infer from a result.

Your input: 15 scenarios
You answer 12 shared questions followed by three follow-ups selected from a fixed set of six. Follow-ups prioritize indicators covered by fewer earlier answers and scores further from the scoring midpoint. Three shared questions ask about experiences you recall from the past year. Choose the response closest to what you actually do.
Indicators and scores
Each choice maps to predefined scoring rules. Only the indicators relevant to that question receive a contribution. Recalled-experience answers have weight 1.7; other answers have weight 1. Scores use a bounded 0–100 scale, with sparse evidence pulled toward the midpoint. They are rule-based signals for self-reflection, not ability measurements, population percentiles or a validated psychological diagnosis. Higher is not always better: exploration, autonomy drive, ambition and loss sensitivity are excluded from the ranking of strengths and weaker capacities.
View the scoring formula
50 + 16 × weighted signal total ÷ (total weight + 1.5), rounded and limited to 0–100. An indicator with no contributing answers stays at 50; that default midpoint is not a known level of ability.
How to read supporting evidence
Expand an indicator to see its contributing questions and selected answers, which can include answers with a zero contribution. Indicators with fewer than two contributing answers are marked for cautious interpretation. Supporting answers make an inference traceable; they do not establish its accuracy and are not independent research evidence.
Tensions, risks and action gaps
Tensions, risk patterns and gaps between hypothetical choices and recalled actions appear only when their corresponding rules are triggered. A risk with one matching signal is marked for verification; two or more are labeled as supported by multiple answers. Paired situations are not the same real event. No flagged pattern does not establish an absence of risk.
The free preview and complete report
The free result focuses on one recalled experience, including an observation, its supporting answer and a scope limitation. The optional complete report costs US$9.90 once, with no subscription. It adds all 15 indicators, relative strengths and weaker signals, any identified tensions and risks, comparison gaps, a latent advantage and three illustrative scenarios. These are prompts for reflection, not forecasts of future wealth, work or wellbeing.
Limitations and how text is generated
Results depend on your recall of past actions and choices in hypothetical situations, which can be affected by context and self-perception. This version uses predefined scoring and text rules and does not call an external AI model. It does not provide clinical diagnosis or professional decision advice, and cannot replace observation of real behavior over time. The public sample uses fixed fictional answers, not a personal result.
Saving, maintenance and feedback
Before checkout, answers and progress stay in this browser. A record not saved for over seven days is not restored on the next visit. Answers are uploaded and stored encrypted when you begin checkout, to deliver your purchased report.
