Reopen a paid report

Use your Stripe Checkout Session ID to recover access to a paid report. The lookup checks payment status; it does not accept a card number or your assessment answers.

Use the Session ID provided with your checkout. Do not enter a card number, email address, or assessment answer.

Manual support

Email support@dogai.online with a brief description and, for payment help, the email used at Stripe Checkout or your Checkout Session ID. We do not need your full card number or assessment answers. Email support is manual; this site does not send reports by email.
